Charles Meets Barack

Fox News, Palin, Joe the Dumb Ass, All Go Rogue

Over the last two days the finger pointing has begun over at the McCain campaign. Sarah Palin has been seen giving stumps that contradict McCain's platform, Fox News has defended Obama, and Joe the plumber has endorsed Obama talking points while on the campaign trail for McCain. So the big question is who is to blame? Barack Obama is the all knowing leader of his presidential campaign while McCain appears to rely on his surrogates and aids. For all you frightened republicans, don't blame the media, Palin or "Joe" the "plumber" for the failed GOP presidential bid, blame McCain! If John McCain cant control his own campaign, how do you think he will run the executive office?

Recall: Chaney is out and Carl Rove doesn't like complete GOP phonies. The best thing for you wacko conservatives is to curl up and die, you are old and out of touch like your new messiah. We'll see you racists homophobes in 8 years, if you still have the avocados to challenge progressive change for the greater good.

If anymore high profile Republicans endorse Obama they will have to use voter suppression on there own constituents. McCain is a washed up has been to old to be chief, and his VP pick to inexperienced to work at Baskin Robins . Just remember, it was you, yes you the GOP party member that picked McCain as your presidential nominee. If I was you I would ask the giant talking head at emerald city for a brain. Lastly: Maverick.

Sarah Palin Halloween Effigy

L.A. (Reuters) - An effigy of U.S. Republican vice-presidential nominee Sarah Palin hanging by a noose as part of a Halloween display drew complaints on Monday, but local officials said the homeowner was covered by free speech rights.

A mannequin dressed to resemble the Alaska governor, with her trademark beehive hairdo and glasses, was hung by the neck from the eaves of the home in famously liberal West Hollywood.

On the roof, a mannequin of Republican presidential candidate John McCain, protruded from the chimney surrounded in flames, holding his head as he was apparently burned alive.

"We have been getting some phone calls this morning complaining about it but if (the homeowner) isn't in violation of municipal code we have no reason to cite them," West Hollywood spokeswoman Helen Goss said.

"People have First Amendment rights (to free speech)," Goss said. "I would speculate that if it's part of a Halloween display then its political satire."

Early Voting in New Mexico!!

There's a NEW Mexico?? Just kidding. As a matter of fact, thanks to New Mexico's social programs, namely the one that offers a college education to any high school grad, gives the State the Highest education level per-capata nation wide. New Mexico bolsters more post graduate degrees than any other state. Another neat fact about "The Land of Enchantment" is its remarkably high air quality, Santa Fe is one of the nation's top ranked cities for air quality.

This one's for you Wednesday.

Election Editorial

As I watched the cable news networks this afternoon, I confirmed my suspicions that McCain has utterly no chance at all. I have been thinking McCain had no chance for a long time but today I think the concrete has hardened. Comedy Central's the Daily Show has done a good job showing the fear and hatred toward Obama from the seldom McCain / Palin voters. Shockingly today at a McCain rally during Palin's stump, a supporter yelled out " and he is a n----r" Palin continued with her speech as if nothing had happened. See the Video HERE. Any how, when I watch these GOP voters it is scary, they fear Obama is an extremist Muslim and a socialist, Meanwhile McCain votes for the bailout as well. Al-qeada supports are openly blogging their support for McCain fearing their on the job training will come to an end under Barrack Obama. Also in the news was two individuals arrested for plotting to kill Obama and stage an attack on predominantly African American school. Another big issue plaguing the McCain campaigning is his running mate, Sarah Palin. Aids have been saying publicly they she is uncontrollable and a "Diva" trying to secure her own political future after McCain's defeat. Many GOP supported have jumped ship and publicly endorsed Obama over the past week, many citing Palin as a major reason.

Meanwhile over at the Obama camp, supporters are still concerned about a possible McCain Victory. Obama Supporters appear just as fearful of a McCain presidency, mostly concerned about the middle class's economic woes and fearful of losing constitutional rights. The biggest concern is a possible four more years of what we have been dealt under G.W. Bush.

I think I'm with most people and ready for this to be over, with less than a week away it will be a nice victory when change takes office.

McCain gets Al-Qaeda Endorsement

From Huffington Post

WASHINGTON — Al-Qaida supporters suggested in a Web site message this week they would welcome a pre-election terror attack on the U.S. as a way to usher in a McCain presidency.

The message, posted Monday on the password-protected al-Hesbah Web site, said if al-Qaida wants to exhaust the United States militarily and economically, "impetuous" Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain is the better choice because he is more likely to continue the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

"This requires presence of an impetuous American leader such as McCain, who pledged to continue the war till the last American soldier," the message said. "Then, al-Qaida will have to support McCain in the coming elections so that he continues the failing march of his predecessor, Bush."

SITE Intelligence Group, based in Bethesda, Md., monitors the Web site and translated the message.

"If al-Qaida carries out a big operation against American interests," the message said, "this act will be support of McCain because it will push the Americans deliberately to vote for McCain so that he takes revenge for them against al-Qaida. Al-Qaida then will succeed in exhausting America till its last year in it."

Mark Salter, a senior McCain adviser, said he had heard about the Web site chatter but had no immediate comment.

The message is credited to a frequent and apparently respected contributor named Muhammad Haafid. However, Haafid is not believed to have a direct affiliation with al-Qaida plans or knowledge of its operations, according to SITE.

SITE senior analyst Adam Raisman said this message caught SITE's attention because there has been little other chatter on the forums about the U.S. election.

SITE was struck by the message's detailed analysis _ and apparent jubilation _ about American financial woes.

"What we try to do is get the pulse of the jihadist community," Raisman said. "And it's about the financial crisis."

Al-Qaida leader Osama bin Laden issued a videotape just four days before the 2004 U.S. presidential election directly addressing the American people.

McCain Counters Powell Endorsement

From The Huffington Post

TALLAHASSEE, FL -- The McCain-Palin campaign today announced the endorsement of Mexican-American actress Katie Barberi.

"As a Hispanic-American, I understand how important this election is for Hispanics," said Katie Barberi, a Telenovela actress currently on Telemundo's Dona Barbara. "We need a leader who can lower taxes, protect small businesses, and increase job creation nationwide. I have no doubt that John McCain appreciates the important role Hispanics play not only in the economy, but in our nation's culture as well -- he has a track record with Hispanics for more than 20 years as a senator from Arizona. The American people need a strong leader who has the experience and the judgment to be the next President of the United States, and that man is John McCain."
Wow that's great... wait, who?

Unfortunately there is a 20 second commercial before this clip but it is worth watching it to listen to Colin Powell's endorsement. He points out the unfocused and poor decisions the McCain Campaign has made. He later goes on to question the current direction of the GOP.

18 Days Untill Election Day

Only 18 more days until Obama wins the presidency by a predicted landslide victory. As I have discussed with the editor of Analog Medium, McCain never wanted to be the republican candidate to begin with, he just wanted a book deal. McCain can almost certainly guarantee a victory when it comes to securing a multiple title book deal in the wake of his terribly run and failed presidential campaign. I read an article in Time magazine a few weeks back where McCain repeatedly told an interviewer to read his books rather than give an answer to specific questions. Not only will McCain finally get his book deal, many others will likely be getting book deals on titles related to McCain's out of touch bid for president of the United States. We're also predicting an end of Palin's political career as well. She will likely be targeted by authors for ruining McCain's presidential bid. Let us not forget it was McCain who made the final choice to pick Palin.

SKi Season Starts!!!!

Today two mountains opened for the season. Loveland and Arapahoe Basin the first two mountains to open in Colorado and the country.
The closest thing to us at Zombie O is the Lake Tahoe area, where many of the resorts and mountains are holding hiring programs this month for the coming winter. So if you happen to be an unemployed ski bum there is still time to get paid to live on the mountain.

Police say the robber said "hello" and "good morning" to the shopkeeper as Flowers by HP Papadopoulous in Modesto was opening at 7 a.m.

He then pulled a .45-caliber gun and ordered the shopkeeper to lie face down at the back of the store while he collected the valuables.
