Denton jailer told inmate he'd go free if he voted for McCain.
Aruto Ntel, 25, a senior at Texas Woman’s University, said he was pulled over for speeding about 10 a.m. on Nov. 4 as he was going to vote for the first time. Mr. Ntel was arrested on an outstanding warrant from McKinney for driving without insurance, said Denton police Capt. Lenn Carter. Mr. Ntel said he was taken to the Denton City Jail, where a jail employee — who was later identified by closed-circuit video as Chris Saunier — dangled a key in front of Mr. Ntel’s face. “He told me, ‘if you vote for McCain, I’ll let you out right now,’” Mr. Ntel said. “The officer was laughing, but I didn’t think it was funny. Googleganger
googleganger:
Similar to that of a doppleganger, it is another individual with the same name as you whose records and/or stories are mixed in with your own when you Google yourself.
"Hey, I just googled my name and found that I have three googlegangers!"
-Urban Dictionary
So Basically,
when you Google your name, his/her name shows up but of course that other person’s profile is totally different from yours! This leads to frustration in a lot of cases because it shows that you have no credit against you and that Google lacks complete info about you whereas the other person has achieved so much that there are research papers he/she has worked upon, conferences they have attended etc. It basically results in you realizing what a dead beat you are.

Internet Spotlight: BluBeat.com
Do you like Music? Of course you do. Ever use Pandora or SeeqPod? Sure you have. Well those days are over. No more need to waste your time on those sites, although Pandora is great for discovery. BlueBeat is where it is at, possibly the largest collection on the web. The best part, you can create play lists and listen to what ever you desire anytime in any order. And let us reinforce the what ever you desire part, seriously BlueBeat has a music collection that can't be matched. BlueBeat is entirely free, no annoying adds or anything. Sounds pretty good ehh? Of course it does, because the play back is a 320 bit rate. Well there is one, yes one down side, you can't embed tracks or play list nor can you download them or copy them. We figure that's okay considering you can make crates that play for weeks. Luckily for the Zombie Obscurity team, a good friend works for Bluebeat, any album not found gets ordered promptly. So go check it out! NOW!

75% Less Spam!!!
A San Jose business reported to be responsible for more than 75 percent of the world’s spam email has been cut off from the Internet and its web site shut down.We are aware our image doesn't match the subject matter exactly but so what! This broken computer doesn't match that well either.
According to a report at the Washington Post, McColo Corp. was a web hosting business with customers made up of “some of the most disreputable cyber-criminal gangs in business today.”
The company’s web site, mccolo.com, was not working on Wednesday.
The Post reported in a blog that Global Crossing in Bermuda and Hurricane Electric in Fremont, two of McColo’s main Internet providers, pulled the plug after getting reports from Security Fix about its activities, some of which were annoying and others outright illegal.
Security Fix studied the company for four months before making the report.

Remember the Spam Trap?
A computer receiving and printing nonstop spam, then shredding it. Good times.
New Colors?
We are playing around with some color changes to our template here at ZombieObscurity. Tell us what you think. We will probably change it up frequently untill we decide on one we can settle with for a while. We are also working on a new Banner, hopefully it will be up sometime next week.

Finally... It is over!
Finally the 08 campaign is over, we can finally stop posting about how great Obama is and how utterly bad McCain would have been. Well, I guess we will go back to posting the trash that catches the Z.O. team's fancy. Enjoy!

Sore Old Loser

This is a picture of John McCain. He lost the U.S. presidential election today. His loss is attributed to poor decisions in his campaign; Sarah Palin, "the fundamentals of the economy are strong", "Joe" the "Plumber", and his out of touch sense of reality. Seriously, I and everyone here knows exactly how many homes or cars we own. McCain ran a reckless campaign, much like his navy career that ultimately lead to his capture. Fortunetly for McCain, he can finally get started on securing a fat book deal. We figure he'll put out at least one book covering his presidential bid. To bad few will actually read it, print is dead.
